How much does a service call cost?
We charge a diagnostic fee which covers the technician visit, complete diagnosis, and detailed repair estimate. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair. Actual repair costs depend on the parts and labor required. Call us for current pricing.
Do you provide free estimates?
We provide detailed repair estimates after diagnosing the problem. A diagnostic fee applies but is waived if you proceed with the repair. Phone estimates are not possible without proper diagnosis, as symptoms often have multiple potential causes. Contact us for current diagnostic fee information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, and personal checks. Payment is due at the time of service.
Do you offer financing?
For major repairs, we can discuss payment options. Please inquire about available financing programs when scheduling service or with your technician.
Why are luxury appliance repairs more expensive?
Luxury appliances use specialized components, more complex systems, and premium materials. Parts are often more expensive, and repairs require specialized knowledge and tools. However, the longevity of these appliances (20+ years) often makes repair more economical than replacement.
