How do I schedule a service appointment?
You can schedule service by calling us at (623) 240-9330 or booking online through our website. We offer same-day appointments when available and will work with your schedule to find a convenient time.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, we offer same-day service for most areas when technicians are available. Call before noon for the best chance of same-day appointment. Emergency situations may be accommodated outside normal hours.
What are your service hours?
Our regular service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Emergency service is available 24/7 for urgent situations involving food safety or safety hazards.
How long does a typical repair take?
Many repairs can be completed in a single visit lasting 1-2 hours. However, some repairs require ordering parts, which may necessitate a follow-up visit. We always try to stock common parts to minimize wait times.
Do I need to be home during the service call?
Yes, an adult (18+) should be present during the service call to authorize work, answer questions about the appliance, and provide payment upon completion. If you cannot be present, please make arrangements for someone to be there on your behalf.
